How to Close Your Account

If you decide to stop using Remoly Invoicing, you can close your account at any time.

To do this, contact our support team at hello@remoly.net or via the in-app chat.

Before closing your account

  • Complete all projects.

  • Settle outstanding invoices or payments.

  • Transfer or withdraw remaining funds.

If you don’t have a Remoly bank account

Email us from your registered address requesting profile deletion. Please also let us know why you’d like to close your account.

If you have an active Remoly bank account

  1. Transfer all funds to another bank account and ensure your balance is zero.

  2. Contact us at hello@remoly.net to request closure. Our team will provide the necessary instructions and guide you through the process.

Once these steps are done, your account will be closed and confirmed by our support team.
