IP filtering allows you to add certain IP addresses or IP ranges to your test easily account and once a visitor from an excluded IP address clicks your link, that click event will not show up within your campaign's tracking reports.

This is particularly useful for filtering out bot clicks / crawler clicks from a traffic source like facebook as an example, where the facebook crawler reviewing your campaign, may trigger clicks on your tracking links, over inflating your actual campaign's visitor count which can end up making your campaign's reports a lot less accurate.

Adding an IP filter will still allow the crawler to be redirected to your landing page but that click even will simply not display within your campaigns tracking reports which can dramatically help you to lower your monthly click quota within test easily!
