What to Expect
Format
The certification assesses five key areas of inventory management.
Passing Score
To become certified, you must achieve a minimum score of 80% in each of the five areas.
Preperation
The assessment questions will cover topics outlined in the onboarding learning program, and there will be plenty of opportunities to have queries answered along the way.
Retakes
If you do not pass on your first attempt, you’ll have seven days to review the learning material before trying again.
Correct answers
Correct answers are not provided, as doing so would reduce the integrity and value of the certification.
When Should I Take It?
There is no limit to how many times you may attempt the certification, and you are free to take it at any time.
Attempting it after completing your learning journey ensures you are fully prepared and confident in your understanding. However, taking the certification before you begin offers valuable advantages:
Identify Knowledge Gaps — You’ll immediately see which areas of inventory management require more focus, allowing you to target your learning for maximum impact.
Track Your Progress — The certification serves as a benchmark, helping you measure how your knowledge improves throughout your training.
⚠️ Note: Correct answers will not be shared, as doing so would diminish the integrity of the certification. The seven-day waiting period between attempts still applies.

Open your Learning Library (SIMON).
Go to the Content Library tab.
