How To: Troubleshoot Email Delivery Problems

Purpose

Follow these steps if a user expected an email (access, reset or notification) but has not received it.


Step 1: Check Your Email Address in the App

  1. Confirm with your System Administrator that your email address is correctly entered in your User Profile.


Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

  1. Look in your Spam or Junk folder in case the email was incorrectly filtered by your email client.


Step 3: Contact Your IT Department

  1. Ask your IT department whether there have been any recent mail delivery issues or filtering rules that might block Netstock messages.


Step 4: Request Whitelisting

  1. Ask your IT department to whitelist the following email addresses to ensure future messages are delivered successfully:

    • usernotifications@netstock.co

    • info@netstock.co


Step 5: Contact Netstock Support

  1. If you have completed all the steps above and the email still has not arrived, contact Netstock Support to investigate the issue further.
