Purpose
The Fill Rate panel on the Dashboard highlights the top five items impacting your fill rate. This guide explains how to access the full report to see the performance of all items.
Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard
Navigate to the Dashboard screen > Fill Rate panel.
Step 2: Open the Full Report
You can access the full report in one of two ways:
Click directly on the Achieved Fill Rate value (the large percentage figure).
Alternatively, click the total value at the bottom of the Fill rate impact list.
Step 3: Review the Report
The full report will open, displaying a list of all items. You can review key columns such as:
Fill rate: The individual achieved fill rate for each item.
Fill impact: The percentage by which that item is reducing the location's overall achieved fill rate.
Status: The current stock status of the item (e.g., OK, Stocked out).
Step 4: Drill Down for More Detail
Both the panel and the full report allow you to drill into item-level detail.
Click on an item code in the list to navigate directly to that item's detailed Inquiry screen.
View the Achieve Fill Rate and Target Fill Rate within the Fill Performance panel.
Achieved Fill Rate = Number of In Stock Days ÷ 30
⚠️ Watchouts
Panel vs. report: The Dashboard panel shows weighted location performance, while the detailed report shows item-level data that may differ slightly due to rounding.
Demand requirement: Items with zero demand are excluded from Fill Rate Impact, even if their stock on hand is zero.
💡 Tips
Sorting: Sort by the Fill Impact column to identify the items causing the largest performance loss.
Cross-check performance: Compare Fill Rate results with Stock Holding to ensure improved service levels do not increase inventory beyond what you can afford.
