Purpose
The Stock Holding panel on the Dashboard highlights the top five items contributing to your total inventory value. This guide explains how to access the full report to view all items and analyze their stock values in greater detail.
Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard
Navigate to the Dashboard screen > Stock Holding panel.
Step 2: Open the Full Report
You can access the full report in one of two ways:
Click directly on the large stock value displayed at the top of the Stock Holding panel.
Alternatively, click the total value at the bottom of the Stock holding list.
Step 3: Review the Report
The full report will open, displaying a list of all items. You can review key columns such as:
Stock value (Value): The total cost value of each item’s available stock.
Model value: The system’s ideal value for each item based on forecast, policy, and lead time.
Days on hand: The number of days your stock on hand will last given the current forecast.
Stock turns: The inverse of Days on hand. The number of times you are projected to sell through your current stock value over the next 12 months.

Step 4: Drill Down for More Detail
Both the panel and the full report allow you to drill into item-level detail.
Click on an item code in the list to navigate directly to that item's detailed Inquiry screen.
View the On Hand Value and Model Value within the Details panel.
