For necessary background, please preread Dashboard KPIs Explained before proceeding with this article.
Purpose
The Dashboard provides several drill-in options to access detailed reports. While it is often best to start with a filtered list such as Excess stock, this guide explains how to access and download a report of all items for a specific location.
Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard
Step 2: Drill into the Full Stock Holding Report
Locate the Stock Holding KPI panel in the top-left corner of the Dashboard.
Click on the large stock value displayed at the top-right of the panel’s graph (for example, “26.5m”).
This action drills into a detailed report listing all products for that warehouse.
Step 3: Download the Report
Once the item list is displayed, locate the action buttons at the bottom-right of the screen.
Click the CSV or Excel icon to download the report.
⚠️ Watchouts
Export limits: You can only download a maximum of 20 000 records at one time.
Large datasets: If you need to export more than 20 000 records, use filters to narrow the selection into smaller, manageable batches.
💡 Tips
Efficient filtering: Before downloading, consider whether you truly need all items.
Actionable focus: Starting from a more specific KPI panel, such as drilling into the total value on the Excess stock panel, produces a pre-filtered list that is often more actionable and easier to work with in Excel.
