This setting applies when “Deleted” is selected in the previous setting and specifies how long the app should wait before deleting items that are no longer sent from the ERP system.
These items will be automatically marked as Obsolete until they are deleted from the app. If the items are sent from the ERP system again during this waiting period, they will be marked as New items.

Use case
When in doubt, use 180 days. This means items will still appear on reports for analysis for 180 days before being cleared out of the app.
