This setting will hide sales history older than the number of years specified from the display.
It is useful when older sales are irrelevant and no longer a true reflection of how the company is selling today.

Use case
Sales history from long ago is not always as relevant as more recent data. The business may have changed significantly, improved operationally, or experienced disruptions such as a pandemic.
For these reasons, it can be beneficial to limit the amount of displayed history to focus on the most relevant sales periods.
⚠️ Note: This setting only affects the display. Hiding older data makes it easier to view and interpret the sales that matter most.
The minimum setting is 3 years, since the forecast engine uses up to 3 years of history and cannot exclude data that still impacts forecasting.
