Specifies after how many months recommended orders will be archived once they become older than the defined threshold. Archiving old recommended orders helps reduce page load time and improve search performance.
Archiving saved order recommendations has no effect on current or future order recommendations or any other calculation in the app.
Use case
Use case
It is recommended to set this value to 6 months, or another suitable period based on the organization’s order volume, to prevent unnecessary data clutter.
Keeping saved recommended orders can still be useful for reviewing and comparing historical recommendations with actual orders placed.
An indicator on the order screen shows when an order has been created for a specific location and supplier since the last data reprocess. This helps users avoid downloading multiple orders for the same location and supplier into the ERP.
