Allows obsolete items to be added to an order.

Use case
When an item has a stocking indicator of Obsolete, the app will no longer recommend orders for that item. Refer to Mastering Stocking Indicators for more information.
In line with industry best practices, obsolete items should not be reordered, so this setting should generally remain disabled.
However, if your business process requires the ability to reorder obsolete items, this setting can be enabled to allow them to be included in orders.
