Key Features
Identification by ID: Each evaluation is identified by a unique ID number, which makes management and searching easier.
No End Date by Default: Evaluations do not have an end date unless one is specifically set.
Permanent Access: Evaluations remain active in the “Evaluations” section and can be searched by name or ID.
Candidate Invitation: You can invite candidates directly from the evaluation using different channels such as email, direct link, WhatsApp, or email templates (up to 50 candidates).
Efficient Communication: All communication with candidates is managed via email to ensure an organized follow-up.
Tips and Best Practices
Clear Identification: Make sure to clearly name the profile and the evaluation to avoid confusion when managing them.
Candidate Management: Access the corresponding evaluation to get information about the candidates, perform actions such as sending reminders or reviewing results, and manage the entire process from one place.
Use Optional Settings Wisely: Confidential evaluation, end date, and average score should only be configured when strictly necessary for the process.
Common Errors and How to Avoid Them
Creating the assessment before the profile:
Common Error: Creating an assessment without first creating the profile for the position.
Solution: Always create and configure the profile before starting the assessment to ensure the tests align properly with the relevant profile.
Inviting candidates to completed assessments:
Common Error: Inviting candidates to an assessment that has already been closed or finished.
Solution: In such cases, create a new assessment and send updated invitations to ensure all candidates can complete the tests.
