Supported Formats for the Logo

Testkokoro supports uploading logos in the following image formats:
.xbm, .tif, .jfif, .ico, .tiff, .gif, .svg, .webp, .svgz, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .pip, .apng, .pjpeg, .avif.

Logo Size

  • Recommended height: 40 px.

Where the Logo Will Appear

Once uploaded, your company logo will be visible in the following areas on the platform:

  • Reports: Appears in reports generated for test results.

  • Configuration module: Visible when customizing your company profile.

  • Invitation Links for Tests: When sharing an invitation link, candidates will see your company’s logo. Note: If you create a confidential evaluation, the logo will not be visible.

  • Team Management:
Add team members by entering their name and corporate email. Assign specific roles such as admin, observer, or recruiter, depending on their responsibilities on the platform.

NOTE: There is no limit to the number of users that can be added to your Kokoro business account. Each time a new user is added, they will need to activate their account only once when logging in with their assigned email address.

Scope of Each Role

Administrator Role: Full access to manage all actions within the platform.

Recruiter Role: Ability to create and manage their own tests and assessments.

Observer Role: Access to view account information without the ability to take actions.

  • Notifications:
Enable or disable email notifications according to your preferences, keeping you informed about important activities without overwhelming your inbox.

  • Email Templates:
View and edit default email templates that you can use to interact with candidates, saving time and ensuring consistent communication.

  • Integrations:
Check the active integrations linked to your Kokoro account.

  • Languages:
The platform allows you to configure the interface language independently of the evaluation language. This means you can manage the platform in one language while adapting evaluations to the preferred language for each test.

Practical examples:

  • Platform in English and evaluation in Spanish: Candidates will take the test in Spanish and receive results and reports in Spanish.

  • Evaluation in English: Questions and reports will be presented to candidates in English.

  • Publishing profiles in different languages: Profiles created in one language can be published in another without any issues, as the platform is fully translated.

This feature ensures an inclusive evaluation process tailored to the candidates' linguistic preferences, while you manage the platform in the language you prefer.

Key Features:

  • Log Out:
You can log out directly from the "Settings" section or the profile icon.

  • Notifications Bell:
View all active notifications from your account to stay updated on any important updates or activities.

Tips and Best Practices:

  • Role Assignment and User Management:
Assign appropriate roles to each team member using their corporate emails to ensure secure and appropriate platform access.

  • Using Email Templates:
While you can edit templates, we recommend using preloaded versions for an optimal and consistent user experience.

Common Errors and How to Solve Them:

  • I don't see the profiles and evaluations created:
Verify that you are logged in with the correct user. You can check which user is logged in by going to "Settings" --> "My Account."

  • Usage limitations on an unlimited account:
If you encounter restrictions, you may be using a free account. Make sure to log in with the corporate user linked to the enterprise account to access all available features.

Set up your Kokoro account effectively to improve team management and optimize the candidate evaluation experience. By following this guide, you can customize every aspect of your profile and maintain full control over your account.
