How to access the "Settings" section?
You can access your account settings in two ways:
Click on the Profile icon and select the My Account option.
Go to the Settings section located in the left-side menu.

Customize your profile by adding or modifying your personal information and upload your company logo for a more professional visual identity.
How to configure your company logo in Testkokoro
In this guide, we explain everything you need to know about the formats, sizes, and display options for your company logo on our platform.
Supported logo formats
Testkokoro allows you to upload logos in the following image formats:
.xbm, .tif, .jfif, .ico, .tiff, .gif, .svg, .webp, .svgz, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .pip, .apng, .pjpeg, .avif.
Logo size
Recommended height: 40 px.
Width: standard according to your image proportions; there is no maximum limit.
Where the logo will be displayed
Once uploaded, your company logo will be visible in the following areas within the platform:
Reports: appears in reports generated from test results.
Settings module: visible when customizing your profile or company.
Test invitation links: when sharing an invitation link, candidates will see your company logo. Note: if you create a confidential assessment, the logo will not be visible.
Team Management
Add team members by entering their name and corporate email address. Assign specific roles such as Administrator, Observer, or Recruiter according to their responsibilities within the platform.
NOTE: There is no limit to the number of users that can be added to your Kokoro business account. Each time a new user is added, they must activate their account only once when logging in with the email address assigned to them.
Scope of each Role
Administrator Role: Full access to manage all actions within the platform.
Recruiter Role: Permission to create and manage their own tests and assessments. Processes can also be assigned to them (Administrator role only).
Observer Role: Access to view account information with the option to download reports.
Edit Roles and Delete Users
To modify a role or delete users, click Edit or Delete in the Actions column, depending on the desired action.
Notifications
Enable or disable email notifications according to your preferences.
Email Templates
View and edit the default email templates that you can use to interact with candidates, saving time and ensuring consistent communication.
Integrations
View the active integrations linked to your Kokoro account.

Log Out
You can log out directly from the profile icon.
Notification Bell
View all active notifications in your account to stay informed about important updates or activities.

Common Errors and How to Solve Them
I can't see the profiles and assessments created
Verify that you have logged in with the correct user account. You can check which user you are logged in with in Settings → My Account.
Usage limitations on an unlimited account
If you encounter restrictions, you may be using a free user account. Make sure you log in with the corporate user linked to the business account to access all available features.
