The BarMax Public Interest Scholarship is available to students pursuing careers in public interest as well as members of the military.
This scholarship will allow you to enroll in a comprehensive state course (BarMax CA or BarMax UBE) for just $1,248, our MBE course for $799.99 or our MBE questions for $349.99.
To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be employed in public interest (e.g., government, non-profit, etc.) or a past or present member of the military.
To apply for BarMax Public Interest Scholarship:
If you are currently employed, please reply with your resume and an accepted offer letter or verification of employment from your employer. Paystubs can be used as employment verification as well.
If you are not currently employed, you can apply by submitting your resume and a brief (3-5 sentences) letter confirming your intention to pursue a career in public interest law after passing the bar exam. Please include a promise to repay the scholarship if you eventually decide not to pursue a career in public interest law for whatever reason. Please note, however, that applying using this method does not guarantee your scholarship will be approved.
