To access your Welcome Packet, please access your profile from the left menu on BarMax Online. This can only be done on a computer or laptop, the welcome packet will not download on a phone or tablet.
This is the fourth icon from the bottom on the left menu.
In the middle of the screen you will see a button that says "Download Welcome Packet":
