In-app:

If you have purchased a course but still do not have access to the materials you most likely have not downloaded the course in the app. Click on the app menu, tap Go Premium (or Store depending on the app version you are running) then tap the download button under the course that you purchased and you will be able to access the content.

Online:

If you just purchased the course but still do not have access to the materials online log out and log back in and the course will be unlocked.

Please Note:

If you purchased tutoring hours but did not include a course, you will not have access to the lessons.
