In order for your progress on the application to sync with the website and vice versa, you will need to make sure all of the content you want synced is stored to your mobile device.

To do this, please navigate to the Store in the menu options. (This may say 'Go Premium' depending on the version you are running)

Check to see if the bottom button says "Downloaded". If it says "Download", there is additional content that needs to be downloaded for your course.

If you are using Prep Tests, please select the paper icon in Store and make sure that the Prep Test you are taking is on your device by clicking Download.

For lecture progress to sync, please select "Offline Access" and make sure the lecture you want synced is downloaded to your device.
