Introduction
Support access is a feature to protect your privacy. When disabled, this prevents integrators and TetherX Technical Support from accessing recorded and live footage from cameras and other personal information. This also prevents the ability to make any changes to your system.
Only an Admin associated with the timeline can enable/disable support access, this cannot be done by TetherX or your integrator.
How to Enable Support Access
To enable us or your integrator to assist you, you will need to grant support access to the timeline. You can enable support access by:
1. Tap on "Admin" in the top right:
2. Tap on "Toggle Support" and ensure support access is set to "Enabled"
What do TetherX / Integrators see?
When support access is disabled, your Integrator and TetherX are presented with high level health information, as well as details of who disabled the support access, in case we need to reach out to you to enable the access. For example:
