As of January 2022, all current users are required to re-authenticate their Tetra accounts with Okta, a world-class identity provider, and set new passwords for their Tetra accounts.

All current users will receive an email from info@tetrainsights.com with a link to re-authenticate the account associated with that email. If you don’t see it, make sure to check your spam folder. Please use the link from the email to update your password to log in to your Tetra Insights account.

You will be requested to reset your password to re-authenticate your account with Okta.

New passwords must:

  • Be a minimum of 10 characters long

  • Include 1 uppercase character

  • Include 1 lowercase character

  • Include 1 special character

  • Include 1 number
