As of January 2022, Tetra Users will be able to enroll and unroll in 2-Step Authentication for their accounts!
Note: If you are an enterprise client, please check with your organization's privacy policies before unenrolling
Steps to Enroll:
Scroll to the bottom of your "Account Settings" page and click the "Enroll in 2 Step Authentication" button.
The following modal will appear when you have successfully enrolled
Your 2-Step Authentication settings will now reflect your current enrollment status
Next time you sign in, the following screen will be presented to you and a passcode will be emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to check your spam folder.
The passcode has a short expiration window. If you enter the passcode and it has expired, make sure to click on the “Send again" link. This will send a new code to your email account.
Steps to Unenroll
To unenroll, simply click the "Unenroll" button in the bottom left corner of your "Account Settings" page.

The following modal will appear confirming that you wish to unenroll:
After selecting yes, you will no longer be enrolled in 2-Step Authentication and your "Account Settings" page will reflect these changes.
