Portal Plus Workshops

This article informs you how to sign up for Portal Plus training to receive instant ticket numbers.

Thank you for your interest in a Portal Plus account!


A Portal Plus account allows you to receive instant ticket numbers for every locate request submitted through the portal after completing a 90-minute training workshop. This enhanced service helps streamline your workflow, making the process faster and more efficient.

Completion of the full Portal Plus Workshop is required before Portal Plus access can be granted.


Portal Plus Workshops Schedule

Portal Plus Workshops are held twice a month on the following days:

  • Second Tuesday of each month | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

  • Third Thursday of each month | 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

How to Register

To attend a Portal Plus Workshop and begin the process of upgrading your account:

  1. Select the session that works best for your schedule.

  2. Use the appropriate link above to register for the workshop.

Important:

Each individual who wishes to upgrade their account must register separately using their own information. Group registrations or shared logins are not permitted.


After the Workshop

Please allow up to 24 hours after successfully completing the full workshop session for your account to be upgraded. If you don’t see the upgrade reflected after this timeframe, feel free to reach out to us.

You will also receive a follow-up email with your Certificate of Completion after attending the workshop.
