9/22/2025 - Feature Enhancement

Positive Response Changes to Verbiage and Modifying Closing Responses.

Previously, if a member responded with a "non-closing response" such as "In Conflict" or "Locate Delayed", and there was no additional response within 5 days, the response would read "No Response - No Timely Response From The Utility."

With this new change, any response provided by a member will be considered a closing and final response. If a utility member does not provide a response, the following message will show:
