You can set up business categories to use for journal reporting. Within each company, there are the following business category types.
Roles
Departments
Branches
Cost centres
Sectors
Add business categories
Click Settings then within Reports & Journals, click Business Categories.
Click the relevant category tab then click + Add.
Enter a name and an optional journal code then click Save.
Edit business categories
Click Settings then within Reports & Journals, click Business Categories.
Click the relevant category tab then click the action cog βοΈ.
Click Edit then make the required changes.
Click Save.
Delete business categories
Before deleting, if you currently have team members within the category, you need to move them to another category.
Click Settings then within Reports & Journals, click Business Categories.
Click the relevant category tab then click the action cog βοΈ.
Click Delete, then click Confirm.
