There may be times when you need to test calculations without worrying about how they impact live company data. To do this in Paycircle, you can make an exact copy of a company to run your tests.
In clone companies, some features are disabled, including:
Data submissions to and from any third party.
All system emails.
Any changes to roles or permissions.
NI Numbers and email addresses for team members and admins.
Managing company groups.
Employee portal.
Auto run and auto sending of payroll reports.
Rolling back pay periods.
Clone a company
To make a copy of a company, follow the steps below.
Click the Companies tab then locate the relevant company.
Click on the Action ⚙️ icon then click Clone payroll.
Click Confirm.
