(Bureau): Configure P60 notifications

How to set up P60 notifications for multiple companies at once.

In Paycircle, you can configure P60 notifications at bureau level, so you don't need to set this up for each company individually.

Create or update notification schedules

  1. Click Bureau Settings then click Payroll Settings.

  2. Next to Send P60 Notifications, click Edit.

  3. From the Select a tax year drop-down menu, select the relevant year.

  4. Select When the final payroll is run or Choose a day, as required.

  5. If you've selected Choose a day, enter the relevant date.

  6. If required, select the Delete existing company overrides check box.

Check the P60 notification schedule

Once you save the configuration, to view the update within a specific company, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the relevant company then click Settings

  2. Click Payroll Settings then, next to Send P60 Notifications, click Edit.

Override a bureau schedule

There may be times when you need to override the bureau level schedule settings for an individual company. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the relevant company then click Settings.

  2. Click Payroll Settings then, next to Send P60 Notifications, click Edit.

  3. Next to the relevant schedule, click Override.

  4. Select the relevant options then click Save.

To remove an override, simply select the schedule, click Delete then click Save.
