Upload documents to a team members profile

I would like to upload documents to an employees Documents area.

In some scenarios, you need to upload external documents to an employee's profile.

To upload documents to a team member's profile, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Company Dashboard, click the Team tab and select the relevant team member.

  2. Click the Documents tab and click Upload files.

  3. Select the file type applicable and choose the desired option from the drop down.

  4. Click Select files to upload and choose the relevant files from your computer. You also have the option to choose the date and whether to make this available in the employee's portal.

  5. Click Upload.

To delete an uploaded file, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the action cog on the uploaded file and click Delete.

  2. Click Confirm to confirm deletion.
