Change the linked Access Identity account for a team member

Change which Access Identity account links to the Paycircle team member user account

If a team member has changed email address or needs to change which Identity account they use to log into their payslip portal, there are a couple of solutions available to you.

Prerequisites

  • You must be a super user, bureau administrator, group administrator or company administrator.

  • You must have the 'Access & Permissions' and 'Add & delete team members' permissions assigned to your role.

Option 1: Unregister and invite to re-register

Unregistering and re-inviting a team member will automatically remove the link to their Identity account and will allow them to set up a new account in both Paycircle and Access Identity.

This is useful if the employee would like to change their email address, needs to set up a new Identity account, or would like to log in to the payslip portal via a different Identity account.

Option 2: Manually clear the Identity account link

To manually clear the migration data for a team member, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the relevant payroll company then click Team.

  2. Open the relevant team member's record.

  3. Click the Action cog , then click Unlink Access Account.

This is useful if the employee is not changing their email address, but would like to set up a new Identity account or change which Identity account they use to log into their payslip portal.
