Please spend some time looking through the list and reference our Economic Industry Glossary. It comes from a standard data set that is meant to be representative of the entire economy. Something should be a pretty good fit.
This is relevant to your estimate, but later, you'll have the opportunity to refine your estimate anyways. Just pick a product category that is close - they are broad industry classifications anyways, so it will capture your activities well.
