Search, manage and organize your customers list page.

Your customers list is one of the most important parts of your business. We've added some great columns of information that really empower you and help you 'know' your customers.

Searching your customers list

You can search for clients by name (first, last, business), phone number, email, or either the billing or service addresses associated to their profiles.

Filtering your customers list

Start by clicking the Filter button in the top-right of the page.  

There are a number of helpful filters available to you that allow you to display clients that meet specific criteria.   Tip: You can apply multiple filters simultaneously, however, more filters often means less results.  BPro will show results that match ALL of your applied filters.

Deciding what columns you want to show or hide

To select what columns you want to show or hide. Press the Column Picker button and select which columns you want to see by checking off the boxes for the columns you want. To hide columns, un-check the boxes and the columns will disappear! 

Reorder your columns

Next, reorder the columns the way you want to! Simply Drag and Drop to move the columns into the places you want!   Tip: The topmost columns will be reflected on the leftmost side of the customer list page.

Rows per page 

You can set the number of rows displayed per page in the bottom-right corner of the page.  You can set to 20, 50 or 100 at a time.


Saving your customized customer list

Now you have your customers organized the way you want them! Next we just have to make sure you can quickly pull up this list the next time you need it. All you have to do is click the 'Save Applied Filters' button. 

Give your list a great name and you're set! You'll be able to pull up that same template or organization every time you return to the customer list! 

Accessing a saved customer list filter template

To apply a saved customer list view, press the drop-down menu of all saved views and select the view you want to use. After selecting it, the filters and column choices will be applied.
