Find the Intel Question builder from within the "customize" tab:

Press the "Add Question" tile.

Configure your intel question's format and responses using the builder.  Below is a quick sample.  Press the "create" button when complete.

Your Intel Questions is now complete!  The next step is to assign the intel question to a piece of intel from with the Intel Builder.

From within the Intel builder, select the appropriate intel piece you would like to assign your new intel question to.

From within the configuration page, simply select the intel questions you would like to assign to this intel piece.

Now press the back arrow to save the selection.

You can select the appropriate intel pieces while editing the customer's profile under the "intel" tile.  Please remember to use the search bars for the intel areas, if you cannot find the intel piece immediately!  (Window Genie users can find their custom made intel under the "Other" group).

Now you will see the intel questions appear in the customer profile!
