The Lead Campaign Report will show you details on the campaigns you have identified using leads in BPro. Each row in the report is a different campaign you have run to find leads. The columns you see on this report will show data based on the outcomes of each campaign.
Column Definitions:
Names (Name of the campaign)
Status (Shows whether the campaign period is Active or Expired)
Expiry (shows when the campaign period will expire if an end date is defined)
Campaign Periods (Click 'show' to see a list of the periods tied to the campaign. Here you will see Spend, ROI, and Revenue, specific to that campaign's active periods. NOTE: Orders that are created in the system will be linked to the campaign period that reflects the date range in which they were created in the system. Revenue/sales related to the campaigns will be factored into the report and period results once they are marked complete/closed in the system.
Sales Total (The sum of completed orders under the campaign)
Cost (Cost to run the campaign)
ROI (Return On Investment - Displayed as a percentage).
ROI NOTES:
-100% ROI means that no sales have been attributed to the campaign, ie. You have not made back any of the money spent on the campaign.
0.00% ROI means you have recouped your spend/cost investment, however, you have not made any profit (Return) on that investment.
100% ROI means that you have made back your initial spend/cost investment in-full, and you have made a full profit equal to the amount you originally spent. ie. Cost = $1000, Sales Total = $2000, ROI = 100%. Positive ROI can be easily understood as the point in which you made more money than what you spent on that investment originally.
