The Lead Campaign Report will show you details on the campaigns you have identified using leads in BPro.  Each row in the report is a different campaign you have run to find leads.  The columns you see on this report will show data based on the outcomes of each campaign.

Column Definitions:

  • Names (Name of the campaign)

  • Status (Shows whether the campaign period is Active or Expired)

  • Expiry (shows when the campaign period will expire if an end date is defined)

  • Campaign Periods (Click 'show' to see a list of the periods tied to the campaign. Here you will see Spend, ROI, and Revenue, specific to that campaign's active periods. NOTE: Orders that are created in the system will be linked to the campaign period that reflects the date range in which they were created in the system. Revenue/sales related to the campaigns will be factored into the report and period results once they are marked complete/closed in the system.

  • Sales Total (The sum of completed orders under the campaign)

  • Cost (Cost to run the campaign)

  • ROI (Return On Investment - Displayed as a percentage).

ROI NOTES:

  • -100% ROI means that no sales have been attributed to the campaign, ie. You have not made back any of the money spent on the campaign.

  • 0.00% ROI means you have recouped your spend/cost investment, however, you have not made any profit (Return) on that investment.

  • 100% ROI means that you have made back your initial spend/cost investment in-full, and you have made a full profit equal to the amount you originally spent. ie. Cost = $1000, Sales Total = $2000, ROI = 100%. Positive ROI can be easily understood as the point in which you made more money than what you spent on that investment originally.

  • Orders (Number of orders which came from customers converted from leads from the campaign)

  • Cost Per Order (The cost to get each order in the campaign)

  • Completed Order Average (Average total value of completed orders)

  • Quotes (Number of quotes which came from customers converted from leads from the campaign)

  • Quote Conversion Rate (The percentage of quotes that convert to open orders)

  • Sales Contributed (% of sales contributed by this campaign - the column should total to 100%)

  • Leads (The total number of leads from the campaign)

  • Cost Per Lead (The cost to attain each lead)

  • Customers (The number of customers gained from the campaign)

  • Order Total (The total of open orders under the campaign)
