What does quality and priority mean, and how do they help?

"Quality" and "Priority" are two pieces of information you'll see under "Contact" on each lead:

Quality, circled in red above, is how strong the lead appears to be.  This is set by BPro itself, and is based on a number of factors including how much contact information you have (more is better!), how many interactions you've had with the lead (again, more is better!) and how recent the transactions have been ('fresh' leads are of better quality).

Priority, circled above in blue, is set by you.  This is your judgement on how important the lead is to you and your company.
