To fix the issue:

  1. Go to 'Customize' > 'Location Settings'

  2. 'Edit' the franchise in question

  3. Select 'Profile'

  4. Find 'Latitude' and 'Longitude'.  Delete these values. 

5. Ensure your address is properly entered.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click 'Save'

Your Latitude and Longitude should now be properly populated.  If you refresh the events grid/routing map, you will see the routes beginning from the correct location.
