Flagged Notes
Flagged notes help you make note of important or high-priority details relating to your customers and leads. A flagged note could be anything from a gate or security code, to an important preference the client has. Flagged notes are meant to stand-out from your average notes. They stick to your customer/lead profiles and can be referenced from their profiles, or any estimates or jobs you create for them.
How to create a Flagged Note:
1. You can create a flagged note on the Information tab within any Lead or Customer profile page.
2. You can create a flagged note within the profile section within any Estimate, Job, or Recurring Order.
3. You can flag any existing note that is tied to your Customer's or Lead's profiles.
How to spot or access Flagged Notes:
1. Any Customer or Lead that has flagged notes will display the flagged note button/icon next to their name within their profile page, and within any estimate, job, or recurring order that they are tied to. *The flag button/icon will only display if they have notes that are flagged, and is meant to help serve as a visual indicator for when important flagged notes are present.*
2. If you click the flagged note button/icon, a pop-up will open on the screen to display all of the flagged notes, and the flagged note editor. You can add new flagged notes, edit existing flagged notes, and delete or un-flag notes in this window. You can also click to expand longer notes and un-flag notes. When a note is un-flagged, it will no longer show in the flagged notes section.
