Intel Groups allow you to create groupings of intel tags. Intel Groups often represent crucial data-points that are valuable to define on your leads and customers. They will show as dropdown menus on the 'Extra Info' tab when adding or editing your lead and customer profiles.
Intel tags that are not assigned to a group will appear in the default 'Other' intel group dropdown (Pictured above in orange).
Adding New Intel Groups
The Intel Group Builder page is under the Customize menu. *Note: Not all permission levels have access to the Intel Group Builder page.
Click 'Add New Group'.
Name your Intel Group.
Choose whether the group is Mandatory or Optional.
Assign the Intel tags to it.
Save.
Intel Groups can be edited or deleted at any time. Note: You cannot edit Intel Groups that belong to a parent/hub BPro account.
When you are finished creating your intel group, it will then show up as a dropdown on the extra info tab of customer and lead profiles.
