Getting Started - Application Process:
You can start your application for BPro Payments directly within BPro. You'll find BPro Payments in the Payments section of the Customize> Location Builder.
Start by clicking 'Make Application'. (see below)
Select your processing plan (USD or CAD), and select the merchant category code that best fits your company's industry. Fill in your company's address and click 'Submit Application'.
User - Click 'Continue Application' to securely fill in the remaining required information.
Business Info / Company Details:
Fill in the required company infomation, including the legal business name, ownership type, taxID, business category, phone number and business start date.
Click Save & Continue to proceed.
Sales Info:
Fill in your estimated Annual card and bank (ACH/EFT) payment volume, as well as your average and largest expected payment amounts. If you don't tend to do direct bank transfer payments, you can leave the bank fields blank.
Products and Services Are Delivered In:
Enter the percentage of products/services delivered in each timeframe. Percentages must total 100%.
Fill in an estimated percentage of when your products or services are delivered to the clients in relation to their payments. If you render the goods/services after taking the initial payment, fill in the approximate percentage in the appropriate timeframe.
Mode of Transaction:
Enter the percentage of transactions for each mode. Percentages must total 100%. How often do you process payments in person vs online? Click Save & Continue when finished.
Owners:
Add all required owner's information. Save & Continue when complete.
Review & Submit:
Review the information you enetered and fill in any fields that may have been missed.
Agree and Sign - Select the contract signer. Then sign the Fee Schedule and the Terms and Conditions.
Once signed, click Save & Submit.
You'll then have the option to link your bank account. This will be necessary to route your payment payouts into your bank account.
Application Submitted Successfully - check your email for information on setting up your BPro Payments Portal account.
