The Business Language page allows you to customize the language in your system. You can customize the names of Pages, Panels, and Keywords.
Business language customization allows you to add relevance to system terminology so it better suits your business. ie. My business refers to orders as 'Jobs', and quotes as 'Estimates'.
On the left side of the page, you'll see the standard page, panel, or keyword label. To the right, you can enter your custom terminology in the related field. Click the Save button at the top-right of the page to save your changes. *You will need to refresh your page or visit the Home> My Day page to view your updated language.
Note: If you are part of a franchise system, you may not have access to customize language. Franchise language would be controlled at the corporate hub level.
