Visit Customize> Location Builder (Bpro Settings)> Profile
The Profile page allows you to update your main company information like your business name, address, and phone number that displays on your invoices. The Profile page has four sections - General, Address & Contact, Operations, and Damage Waiver.
General
The General section lets you update the following:
Business Name *(will display on your invoices)
Business Owner
Status (active/inactive)
Currency
Timezone
Net Terms
Address & Contact
Update Company Address *(will display on your invoices)
Update Company Phone Number *(will display on your invoices)
Operations
Update your Starting Order Number *(will display on your invoices - invoice numbers can be edited to higher numbers, not lower ones).
Adjust available Product Types (Service, Retail, and Rental). This controls the product types that you can create in your system.
Store Hours - Here you can set your business' operation hours / store hours. The store hours have the ability to display on the invoice template pdfs.
Damage Waiver (relevant for rental systems only)
The Damage Waiver section allows you to activate a damage waiver percentage that will automatically apply on top of the prices of your Rental items. Damage waiver amounts are charged as a surcharge on rental items, acting like somewhat of an insurance policy for damaged/missing items.
Enable Damage Waiver
Set Damage Waiver Rate %
Set the Damage Waiver as Default for all rental products
Set the Damage Waiver as 'Tax-Exempt' if you don't want taxes charged on damage waiver amounts.
