Personal events and Interaction events can be created directly from your Events List and Calendar pages! :)
Personal Events allow you to add events to your system's calendar without having to be tied to an order! You could use personal events for things like doctor's appointments, booking days off for staff or mobile units, holidays or even just your personal tasks. *Note: Personal events can only be created from the Event and Calendar pages.
Interaction Events allow you to add events to your system's calendar linked to Customers or Leads in your system. The Interaction Events will be created in your calendar only for calls and meetings (not emails). *Note: Interactions can also be created in Lead and Client profile pages.
