The New BPro Calendar has some great functionality which should save you time and help you efficiently manage your appointments.
My Calendar Settings
You can customize certain layout preferences of your BPro calendar through the 'My Calendar Settings' menu. Click Here to learn more or Watch this video!
Calendar Filters
The calendar filters allow you to control which events are displayed on your calendar. Click Here to learn more or Watch this video!
Appointment Type: Order events, Interaction events and Personal events.
Job Type: Quote, Open, Closed and Complete.
Business Asset: Display events based on their asset assignment (your truck, location or team names etc).
Assigned Users: Display events based on which of your users are assigned.
Calendar Print Options
You can print job summaries / work orders directly from your calendar. You will find the 'Print View' button in the top-right corner of your calendar. This option will print all events that are visible on your page, based on your 'view' settings and any event filters that may be applied. Watch this video to learn more!
Date / View Options
The BPro calendar features an easy to use date picker, a handy jump to 'Today' button, and the ability to toggle quickly between day, week, month, 4 day, and agenda views. Watch this video to learn more!
Calendar Notes
You can now add important notes to your calendar by using the notepad feature located at the top of each day. Watch this video to learn more!
Adding New Events
You can add new interaction or personal based events directly from your calendar. Click the '+' button in the top-right corner of your calendar to create a new event. You can also click and drag your mouse directly into a day or time slot on the calendar to create events. Watch this video to learn more!
Editing Events
You can edit any of the events listed on your BPro calendar by clicking on the event and then selecting 'Edit'. The event editing form is clearly laid out and easy to navigate. Watch this video to learn more!
