The New BPro Calendar has some great functionality which should save you time and help you efficiently manage your appointments.

My Calendar Settings

You can customize certain layout preferences of your BPro calendar through the 'My Calendar Settings' menu.  Click Here to learn more or Watch this video!

Calendar Filters

The calendar filters allow you to control which events are displayed on your calendar. Click Here to learn more or Watch this video!

  1. Appointment Type:  Order events, Interaction events and Personal events.

  2. Job Type:  Quote, Open, Closed and Complete.

  3. Business Asset:  Display events based on their asset assignment (your truck, location or team names etc).

  4. Assigned Users:  Display events based on which of your users are assigned.

Save Applied Calendar Filters

If you want to save your calendar filters so that you can load your preferred view of the calendar easier, once your filters are applied, click the 'Save Applied Filters' button. Name your filter template, and it will then be selectable from the 'Saved filter Templates' dropdown.

When your filter template is applied, you can update it anytime if you add more filters, or you can save as a new filter template.

You can make your filter template default by selecting the star icon next to it. This ensures every time you visit the calendar, it loads your preferred view/saved filters. You can also delete a saved filter template anytime by clicking the trashcan icon.

NOTE: Saved filter templates are tied specifically to your user. You can have multiple saved filter templates. ie 'My assigned jobs', 'unassigned events', 'estimates' as some basic ideas/examples.

If records like resources or users tied to a saved filter template are deactivated, they will no longer show of the calendar filter list, and can make your saved filter template stop working. In such case, you would need to delete your saved filter template and recreate it with available active filter items.

Calendar Print Options

You can print job summaries / work orders directly from your calendar. You will find the 'Print View' button in the top-right corner of your calendar.  This option will print all events that are visible on your page, based on your 'view' settings and any event filters that may be applied.  Watch this video to learn more!
