Learn how you can configure the fields on your customer and lead related forms.

The CRM Form Customization feature gives you the ability to choose which fields are displayed or hidden on your customer, lead, phone number, contact and address input/edit forms. 

This feature allows you to make adding/editing crm related info easier and more relevant for your business.  Plus, making certain fields required ensures you are consistently collecting the data that is most important to you and your business. 

Once you select the form you would like to customize, you can then click fields that you would like to make *required or that you would like hidden from the form altogether. 

Once you are finished making your selections, you're done! The associated forms will be updated right away.  There is no 'save option on this page, the selections are saved in real time as the are selected or un-selected. You may only need to refresh your page afterward to see the fields on the associated form update.

NOTE: *The CRM Form Customization feature does not allow you to re-arrange the placement of your form fields.  **First name, Last name, and Business name cannot be hidden on the customer input/edit form.  ***Franchise users are not able to customize certain fields on the forms are that may already customized from the corporate level.
