You can not define whether to 'allow calls' for any Customer or Lead record in BPro. This can be handy when clients/leads request not to receive calls, OR when you'd like to identify clients/leads that you do not wish to call. 

When creating or editing any customer or lead records, you can choose to NOT 'allow calls'.  The 'allow calls' option is automatically selected for every new customer/lead record. To set the client as 'do not call', simply un-check the 'allow calls' checkbox and then click save. 

When a client is set to NOT allow calls, you will receive a warning dialogue when clicking the 'call' button in their profile page. 

TIP:  You can also filter your customer and lead list pages to find records that you have set to not 'allow calls'
