Creating new Actions that can be then assigned as part of your Interaction Tasks, or editing the existing ones, is a breeze with the Actions builder page.  Note: May need to be activated - Please contact support

From the Customize menu, select the 'Actions Builder' page. You can then click 'Add Action' to create a new action which can then be assigned to your Interaction Tasks.

You can edit existing Action names by clicking the arrow to the right of them.
