Viewing and managing your Pipelines and the Leads and Orders/Jobs that are assigned to them is easy on the Pipeline Board page!

What is the Pipeline Board?

The Pipeline Board helps you visually manage the Leads and Orders/Jobs that are assigned to your various Pipelines and their States.  You can see how many opportunities are assigned to each state of the Pipeline as well as the Total Value and Weighted/Win Percentage Value of each State in the Pipe.

Just on the surface alone, we can see some very useful information related to our Pipelines.

Moving Leads, Estimates, or Jobs through the Pipeline

Well this one was easy... Simply drag and drop Leads and Orders/Jobs through the Pipeline States.  This makes managing and adjusting your Pipelines a breeze!

Filtering the Pipeline Board

The Pipeline Board can be filtered by Customer, Job, and Intel-based data.  The filter options are impressive and allow you to isolate your view of the Pipeline Board very easily.

What Lead/Order information is available on the Pipeline Board?

You will find some useful info on the surface of each Lead and Order on your Pipeline Board.

Click on the surface of the Lead or Order/Job on the Pipeline Board to open a more detailed info pop-up.

Grid View

The Pipeline Board can be toggled to Grid-view at any time.  The Grid-view allows you to view relevant data related to the Leads or Orders/Jobs in your Pipeline, in an organized and digestible manner.  Working much like a report and combined with the filters on the left, the Grid-view can be a handy option, especially if your Pipelines are very full (and we hope they are!).
