Flagging an order is a way to group orders you don't want to lose. Creating a note and flagging it will keep it stored in the flagged order tile, making it easy to locate in the future. It will also inform you which orders may need special treatment.
Orders are flagged in the notes section of an order. Go to an order (create one or open an existing order you wish to flag). In the manage tab of an order, locate the order notes tile.
Click on the order notes tiles and then the plus sign to create a note.
Once the note is created you can flag the note by pressing the flag icon.
Once flagged, the order note will appear on the Business Dashboard.
