You have the ability to delete a customer record, assuming there is no order attached to the customer record.  

From your Customer List, click on the edit pencil on the left side of the list, and you will see a 'Delete' option on the bottom-left of the edit form. Again, if the customer has any orders, you will not be able to delete their profile.

Please note: the reason we are unable to offer the ability to delete orders in BPro because deleting orders impacts a number of different areas of the software, specifically reports.
