Damage waivers are used as an insurance to cover damaged or missing items. If your location has been set up with a default damage waiver percentage it will already be applied unless the user or admin overrides the waiver.
You are able to make individual Products exempted from the Damage Wavier, in their Profile under the Pricing Details seciton.
You also have an option on the Customer Profile to make a customer Damage Waiver Exempt as well, under the Discount Options/Pricing Tile.
