Customer Intel tags can be assigned to customers when creating or editing details about the customer's profile. They are an awesome way to group and organize your customers by. Intel tags can be filtered on the Customer List and a number of our reports.

When creating a new customer or editing an existing one, simply click on the 'Extra Info' tab and then you will have the option to select any of your Intel tags. The intel tag dropdown also has a search field which can help when you have many tags to choose from.

Once you have selected all appropriate intel, please click the Save button to save the changes you have made!
