To view all your customer follow ups, go to the Reports and press Customer Follow-Ups. This will show you a report of all Customer Orders, when the order was created, the follow up date, and value added. This is a report to ensure you are not missing any opportunities to generate revenue and referral for your company.
You can find the Follow-up Report under the "Reports" Menu
Once inside the report, you can press the filter to narrow down the follow-ups you wish to view
3. You can also see the Follow Ups that only you have create on My Dashboard or My Day by clicking on the Customer Follow Ups tile.
